The staff at NAI averages more than 15 years of experience in software development and engineering analysis. The staff is particularly strong in multiphase thermal hydraulics and has gained international recognition for their work in this field.

Staff members include professional engineers as well as computer science professionals. Some staff members are Adjunct Faculty at Washington State University-Tri Cities.
